WPRG have an opportunity for HGV Driver Class 1 Drivers to work on a temporary ongoing or temp to perm basis for our client based in Dagenham - Essex.Deliveries to various stores around the south of England in a class 1 vehicleLong distance drivingTrunking No HandballStart times between midnight and 3amAverage 12 hours each shiftAssessment is required (Theory Test and Short Drive)All drivers must be presented appropriately and require a good level of English skills due to the nature of the job.Monday - Friday / Weekend work (Saturday and or Sundays)Pay Rates (PAYE including holiday pay) for HGV Driver Class 1.Monday - Friday £17.81ph / Nights £19.53phSaturday:£22.53 phSunday: £23.81 phBank Holiday: £28.95 ph Minimum 9hrs guaranteed pay per shiftYou must fulfil the following for this HGV Driver Class 1 position:Hold a Valid UK Driving LicenceHolds a Digital tachograph cardHolds a CPC cardNo more than 6 points for insurance reasonsValid UK class 1 licenceYou will need to do an onsite assessment before you can start.At least 6 months experience on class 1.
