OverviewAn international maritime organisation is seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of its professional training and development programmes.This is a key operational role responsible for ensuring all learning products, ranging from online courses to in-person workshops and certification schemes-are delivered to a consistently high standard.Working closely with internal teams and external instructors, the successful candidate will take full ownership of delivery planning, coordination, and quality assurance.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, scheduling, and execution of all training programmes and learning eventsOversee the delivery of courses, workshops, certification schemes, and recognition servicesEnsure all programmes are delivered on time, accurately, and to a high-quality standardManage and coordinate logistics, including scheduling, resources, and instructor engagementAct as the primary point of contact for instructors, ensuring smooth delivery and supportSupervise and delegate tasks to administrative support to ensure efficient operationsMonitor delivery performance and implement improvements where requiredMaintain high standards of learner experience and engagement across all programmesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to provide feedback and continuously improve offeringsKey RequirementsPrevious experience in an education coordination, operations, or delivery-focused roleMaritime industry knowledge or exposure is highly desirableStrong
