A successful Interim Financial Reporting Manager should have:A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.Experience working within the property sector or similar industries.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.The ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements in line with regulatory standards.Ensure compliance with tax and statutory reporting requirements.Support month-end and year-end close processes.Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.Conduct variance analysis to support decision-making.Liaise with internal and external auditors as required.Provide technical accounting advice to the wider team.Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function.Benefits
