Warehouse Forklift Operative

Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager
Location: Andover

Main Duties:

To operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently to support the movement, storage, and dispatch of goods within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Please note, this role will involve manual handling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow procedures within the warehouse to ensure efficiency and safety
- Carry out daily forklift safety checks and report defects
- Load and unload vehicles
- Move, stack, and store products in designated warehouse locations accurately
- Accurately pick and place orders in the designated delivery locations
- Assist in daily stock audits
- Maintain a flexible approach to work
- Carry out all general warehouse duties when required

Skills & Experience:

- Flexi or Counterbalance experience essential
- Warehouse and WMS experience
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Strong Health & Safety awareness
