An established local law firm, is currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis (3 days per week). This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive, close-knit firm where your conveyancing expertise will be highly valued. You ll be involved in a broad range of conveyancing matters, supporting the team from instruction through to post-completion. Responsibilities will include: Handling registered and unregistered titles Managing freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transact ions Assisting with re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and Help to Buy cases Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications Supporting with file management and client communications throughout the process About You: Previous experience in conveyancing is essential Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Confident managing files and liaising with clients and third parties Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team If you re looking for a part-time role in a friendly and professional environment where your skills can make a real impact, we d love to hear from you.
