Mission and role details:The role of the MSE Technician is to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of measurement systems and equipment used in battery production at AESC. This role combines metrology, calibration, and process control to maintain precision across critical testing and manufacturing operations. The MSE Technician supports the validation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of measurement tools and systems to guarantee that all production and quality data meet required industry standards. Additionally, the MSE Technician will work closely with engineers, production, maintenance and quality teams to ensure measurement integrity, minimise variability, and optimise overran manufacturing performance.
