Role DescriptionAs a Kitting Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling production kits by preparing and organizing materials in line with batch requirements. This includes stock checks, picking components, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves general warehouse duties and occasional forklift operation. ResponsibilitiesReview batch schedules and prepare required materialsPick and assemble components into production-ready kitsMaintain stock accuracy and follow rotation proceduresSupport warehouse operations and cleanlinessOperate forklifts (Reach and Counter Balance) as neededAdhere to safety and quality protocols ProfileMinimum GCSE or equivalent in Maths and EnglishValid Reach and Counter Balance forklift licensesExperience in warehouse or production environments preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyPhysically fit and capable of lifting heavy itemsProficient in English for workplace communication Employment ConditionsRegion: UKSalary: £12.65 per hourWorking hours: 37.5 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:00Contract: Temporary (approx. 4.1 months), with potential for extension or permanent hire
