Responsibilities

Book in vehicles for maintenance and repairs

Liaise with the workshop team to schedule work

Update customers on progress

Ensure the correct approvals are in place for the work carried out

Plan the day for technicians and keep the workshop running smoothly

Maintain strong administration to support efficient workshop operations

Our workshops are busy and fast-paced. You will be the driver of smooth operation by delivering great service with a smile and putting customer care first.

Your understanding of the motor trade or car dealerships would help you get off to a flying start. Our proven induction training will help, however you’ll need customer service know-how, planning and administration skills, and a can-do attitude to deliver the experience our customers expect.
