With a strong pipeline of secured work and a solid financial footing, the company is looking to strengthen its commercial team with an experienced Estimator.Role OverviewThe Estimator will work closely with the Senior Estimator to prepare competitive and accurate costings for a range of roofing and maintenance projects. This role is office-based in Eccles and will involve regular use of estimating software and Excel to compile and submit detailed pricing proposals.Key Responsibilities:Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and Bills of QuantitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates for flat roofing and maintenance projectsInput and manipulate data in estimating software and spreadsheetsLiaise with suppliers for material and subcontractor pricingSupport in the preparation of tender submissions and commercial reportingAttend internal pricing review meetings with the Senior EstimatorMaintain accurate records of pricing history and cost databasesCandidate Requirements:Minimum 2 3 years experience in an estimating role, ideally within roofing or gener
