They re looking for a Senior Paraplanner to join their expanding team in Meriden. If you re a Diploma-qualified paraplanner and ready to step up, take on more responsibility, and work alongside expert Financial Planners on a variety of technical cases, this could be the perfect next move. What s on offer: Competitive salary up to £45,000 (depending on experience) 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 29 days after 3 years and 30 after 5 Support to progress professional qualifications Hybrid working: up to 2 days remote per week Standard working hours: Mon Fri, 9am 5pm with 1-hour lunch What you ll do: Deliver high-quality paraplanning support to Financial Planners Prepare detailed, accurate suitability reports and conduct in-depth research and analysis Liaise with clients and providers to maintain outstanding service levels Handle complex technical queries and planning cases Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements What you ll need: Minimum 3-4 years paraplanning experience Level 4 Diploma (essential), ideally progressing towards Chartered status Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to explain complex advice clearly
