Role Overview

The position of Product Quality Manager will oversee the quality management of a dedicated Fruit product category, ensuring compliance with retail customer standards.

Product Quality Manager Key Responsibilities

• Working positively with both internal teams and external partners, driving product excellence
• Managing product quality for a key tropical fruit category, ensuring compliance with retail customer requirements
• Lead product audits, quality checks, and compliance assessments in a packing environment

Product Quality Manager Key Requirements

• Experience in product quality management within the Fresh Produce sector, ideally with a focus on Fruit, Exotics, Tropical categories
• Strong understanding of quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and retail customer requirements in the Fresh Produce sector
• Proven track record in managing product quality in a Packhouse, 3rd Party Packing, or similar environment
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of product quality

Hours: Monday - Friday, with flexibility at other times as required

Location: Based in Essex, commutable from Kent, Essex, and Suffolk
