Schemes range from small asset maintenance and upgrades to large-scale civil new-build developments. Their focus is on efficient, safe delivery that minimises carbon impact and ensures high client satisfaction.Job PurposeYou will manage all commercial aspects of your assigned projects in accordance with the contract, company procedures, and client requirements to protect margins and cash flow.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly cost/value reconciliations (CVRs), cash flow forecasts, cost control reports, and budgets.Contract Administration: Draft and issue timely, compliant contractual notices and formal correspondence.Payment Management: Prepare main contract applications for payment and assess, certify, and issue supply chain payment certificates.Subcontract Management: Prepare enquiries, negotiate terms, award contracts, manage variations/change control, and finalize final accounts.Risk and Value Management: Identify project commercial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and look for value engineering opportunities.Site Liaison: Work closely with site operations teams, subcontractors, and client commercial reps to maintain accurate records (allocation sheets, site diaries).RequirementsEssential ExperienceCommercial exp
