You will be one of two designers Embedded in in this business unit while also connected to the wider business''s central design organisation. You will work on complex B2B SaaS products used by enterprise customers and help shape how design operates within the business.What you will work onA significant portion of the product portfolioAI-driven B2B products including:Agentic Commercial PricingAutopilot, an agent-based decision system that needs refinement and clarityData-heavy products built primarily in React with multiple data visualisation toolsSoftware used in retail and supply chain environmentsWhat we are looking forThis is not a delivery-only role. We need someone senior enough to operate with autonomy and judgement.You must have:Strong experience designing B2B SaaS productsExcellent prioritisation skills in complex product environmentsConfidence to push back on ad-hoc or low-impact requestsDeep fluency in data visualisation and data-led designExperience working closely with Product Managers and EngineersThe ability to improve design practice without over-engineering processNice to have:Experience working on AI-powered or decision intelligence productsExposure to retail or suppl
