We are seekingandnbsp;experiencedandnbsp;Care Home Chefs to provide temporary cover at Care Homes in the Portsmouth area. If you hold an Enhanced DBS check and haveandnbsp;experience of care home kitchens, weandrsquo;d love to hear from you!

Various rates of pay depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of healthy meals for residents and staff, in line with dietary requirements and policies.
• Ensure all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
• Work closely with staff to address any special dietary needs or preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a chef, within a care home or similar setting.
• Enhanced DBS check required
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for preparing wholesome meals for residents.
