Utilising leading edge technologies, their solutions have been deployed across North America and Europe, including highly sensitive and critical communication environments. With recent funding and success, we are hiring for several roles, including this brand-new position supporting their most important System Integrator partnerships. The Role of the 5G Core Technical Support Engineer Responsible for front line support activities, predominantly resolving tier-3 level requests through deployment and commercial operations Lead and instruct customers in basic procedures and basic support resolution Support customers in the removal, installation and upgrade of core software solutions Implement and suggest procedural improvements. Plan, design, develop, manage, document, test, deploy, and support new and existing customer facing procedures Plan, build and execute test scenarios to replicate customer network environments and problems The ideal candidate will have experience/exposure to a majority of the following 2+ years of experience in a commercial customer support environment, successfully resolving trouble ticket enquiries to tier-3 level 2+ years of experience of working with 4G or 5G Mobile Core network technologies; knowledge of 3GPP network layer protocols, analysing call flows, use of network
