Senior Nursery Practitioner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Nursery Practitioner / Deputy Room Leader to join a well-established nursery committed to providing exceptional childcare and education creating a nurturing, inclusive, and high-quality environment for children. As a Senior Nursery Practitioner / Deputy Room Leader, you will be supporting the daily running of a room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children. This full-time permanent role offers a salary of £28,000 and benefits. You Will Be Responsible For Supporting the Room Leader with the day-to-day running of the room. Delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children s learning and development. Acting as a key person, carrying out observations and maintaining accurate records of progress. Ensuring the safety and welfare of all children, following safeguarding and health and safety procedures. Building positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues to promote strong partnerships. Maintaining high standards of practice, environment, and resources in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Contributing to planning and assessment to meet individual needs. Encouraging an inclusive environment where all children have equal access and opportunities. What We Are Looking For Previously worked as a Senior Nursery Practitioner, Senior Nursery Nurse, Deputy Room Leader, Assistant Room Leader, Room Supervisor or in a similar role. Minimum Level 3 Early Year
