You''ll oversee day-to-day activities on the warehouse floor, provide strong guidance to the team, and ensure safe, efficient, high-standard production and despatch. This role begins on a temporary basis, with a planned transition into a full-time permanent role.What You''ll Be DoingSupervising daily warehouse activities and ensuring smooth workflow.Providing structure, guidance, and support to team members.Acting as a buffer for the team-resolving issues and maintaining confident operations.Coordinating production, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock tasks.Taking responsibility for the building while on site-safety, security, readiness.Maintaining high standards of organisation, cleanliness, and presentation.Supporting continuous improvement as the operation grows.Assisting with onboarding and training new staff.What We''re Looking ForEssential:Experience supervising in a warehouse or production setting.Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and ownersh
