Responsibilities

Lead and develop technical, QA, and maintenance teams.

Maintain BRC Grade A and other key accreditations.

Oversee food safety systems, audits, and staff training.

Support new product development from concept to production.

Champion continuous improvement and a strong food safety culture.

Qualifications

Proven technical/QA leadership in food manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and BRC audits.

A proactive, people-focused leader with commercial awareness.

Passion for driving improvements and getting results.
