Senior Development Technologist - Bakery (Innovation Focused)

In this customer-facing role, you''ll work closely with commercial teams and clients to turn insight into innovation - taking products from kitchen concept to launch with creativity, precision, and passion.

What you''ll be doing:
Leading the development of innovative bakery products, from concept through to launch.

Working closely with retail and brand customers to develop bespoke solutions.

Keeping ahead of market trends and translating them into commercially successful ideas.

Running kitchen and factory trials, ensuring products meet the highest quality and compliance standards.

Delivering engaging presentations and product samples to internal stakeholders and external clients.

What we''re looking for:
Proven bakery NPD experience within a food manufacturing environment.

A strong understanding of bakery processes, ingredients, and trends.

Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to lead customer-facing projects.

A creative thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple development briefs.
