The Role We are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to support delivery across our long-standing Whitbread framework. This is a well-established long term framework, delivering planned refurbishment programmes across the Whitbread estate. Works typically include bedroom refurbishments, bathroom upgrades and wider internal improvement programmes within live hotel environments. This role offers exposure beyond a traditional QS position, combining elements of commercial management, project coordination and surveying responsibilities, working closely with operational teams and the client to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. This role will be based from our Walsall office, with regular travel across the UK to support project delivery (typically up to two days per week, including overnight stays).
