The position of Business Information Analyst is situated within the Benefits and Homelessness Prevention Service, which is a high-performing service dedicated to assisting residents in overcoming challenges while supporting staff in achieving the service''s elevated standards. The London Borough of Hackney experiences one of the most substantial Housing Benefit caseloads in London; additionally, the service receives an average of over 4,000 homelessness inquiries annually.
