Workshop Controller required for Successful Automotive highly respected Commercial Vehicle Main Dealer in the Ashford area.
 
Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

- Monday to Thursday: 07:00–17:00
- Friday: 07:00–16:00
- Saturday (1-in-3): 08:00–12:00

Duties:

- Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
- Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
- Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
- Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work

Requirements:

- Have a previous working experience within a similar role
- Strong Leadership skills
- A full and valid UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop

Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role are Monday–Friday (07:00–17:00 / 07:00–16:00) + 1-in-3 Saturdays (08:00–12:00).

The Salary being offered up to £35,000 with OTE £40,000.
