CER are currently recruiting for an Educational Support Worker for an SEND School in Liverpool. The school caters for children aged 9 to 18 who demonstrate a wide range of challenging behaviour and can be very demanding of time, attention and emotion.You will be responsible for providing professional support and development for all pupils across all age ranges. You will also be required to provide one to one support to pupils. You must be able to build well established relationships with both staff and pupils to ensure learning outcomes are met for all students.The role is full time (Monday to Friday 8:30am till 3:30pm) and will be offered initially until July 2025 as it is covering a Maternity leave.
