This position plays a pivotal role in a major Technology Enablement Programme aimed at modernising enterprise and commercial systems. Key initiatives include re-platforming CRM, e-commerce, and ticketing systems, establishing strong data governance practices, and integrating AI-driven automation solutions.The Business Architect will lead enterprise-wide discovery efforts, mapping current-state ("as-is") and future-state ("to-be") landscapes, and developing a strategic roadmap to enable sustainable transformation across systems, data, and business processes.Working across both Commercial and broader Enterprise domains, the Business Architect will analyse and design end-to-end business processes, system interactions, and data flows.
