Long term freelance opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Kensington.

I am currently assisting a market leading brand in their search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Our client take pride in the developments they deliver and have regenerated various other schemes across the United Kingdom in the sectors of new build, fit out and refurbishment.

This an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a freelance basis for a minimum of 8 months. An opportunity to work with a top super prime residential contractor working on a hotel in Kensington

They are looking for someone that has a proven track record working and providing support with a Main contractor.

The ideal candidate for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Main contracting experience
• high end residential experience
• hotel experience
