ROLE PROFILE: We are seeking an experienced Product Engagement specialist to join the Analytics Client Engagement team in London, where you''ll drive the narrative strategy behind some of LSEG’s most impactful financial analytics products and experiences. As part of our high-performing client insight and engagement team, you will take a lead role to craft and scale brilliant narratives and digital experiences across the Analytics product portfolio for our growing client base and digital experiences. ROLE SUMMARY: We''re looking for a strategic storyteller to lead narrative research and development across our Analytics product and proposition portfolio, someone who knows how to bring clarity to complexity and compose product messaging that not only informs but inspires. In this role, you''ll shape and drive a unified approach that cuts across product silos and regional teams, ensuring every word resonates with user needs, reflects their sentiment, and meets regulatory standards. You’ll work together with cross-functional partners to craft compelling, user-first narratives that fuel engagement and build trust. Translate deep technical and product features and functions into clear customer value narratives to engage users and clients.Research, plan and produce high quality client centric narratives across the full product portfolio.Use research and customer feedback to shape narrative decisions and improve overall user experience.Provide guidance and mentorship to the broader team; contribute to design systems, governance, and standards.WHAT YOU''LL BRING

Outcome oriented: A passion for designing narratives that not only empower customers with clear, human-first, and valuable experiences, but also helps the organisation communicate the power and purpose of sophisticated financial products in a way that’s simple, engaging, and customer-focused.Leadership: Strong communicator able to bring multiple teams and fields together under a common purpose, shows good judgment, acts poised under pressure, promotes connectedness, and willing to invest in building a strong culture, particularly in regulated environments and when working with international teams. Ability to define and drive process governance.Delivery focus: Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise effectively, handle multiple projects under tight timescales, identify/flag/resolve issues early on, and ensure successful delivery to business outcomes.Domain knowledge: 10+ years of experience in product design leadership, including 5+ years managing teams. Track record of turning complex financial information into clear, accessible, and engaging product narratives. Experience in financial services, regulated, data-rich products, user-first approach, knowledge of product design. Familiarity with agile delivery is a plus. Background in finance, quantitative analytics, or related fields valued. Hands-on exposure to APIs, AI, machine learning, and cloud platforms. Experience applying AI in your process or outputs is advantageous.WHAT YOU''LL GET IN RETURN
