You will be working with students who face social, emotional, and mental health challenges, helping them engage with learning and manage their wellbeing.What You''ll Be DoingProviding tailored 1:1 support to a student within a classroom setting.Building a strong, trusting rapport to help reduce anxiety and de-escalate challenging behaviour.Assisting the Class Teacher with daily activities and progress tracking.Acting as a positive role model and mentor.Who We Are Looking ForExperience: Previous experience as a Support Worker, TA, or working with SEN/SEMH is a bonus, but not essential if you have the right transferable skills.Personality: Resilient, empathetic, and patient. You should be able to stay calm under pressure.Flexibility: Ability to commit to a consistent shift (either 7:30am or 8:30am start).Compliance: A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).Benef
