Job Title: Site Manager Location: Norwich Contract Type: Fixed-Term (18 Months) Project: High-Rise Re-Cladding Scheme About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a major re-cladding project on a high-rise residential building in Norwich. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract, offering the opportunity to play a key role in delivering a complex and safety-critical scheme. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly in relation to fa ade and cladding works Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management Conduct site inspections and quality control checks Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders Maintain accurate site records and documentation Requirements (Essential): Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-rise re-cladding or fa ade remediation projects Strong understanding of external wall systems, fire safety regulations, and compliance standards Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Manager level), and First Aid certification Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain high safety standards Desirable: Experience working on occupied residential buildings Knowledge of current building safety legislation and remediation programmes Temporary Works C
