ER Specialist
Act as deputy to the Head of People Advice and lead the team in their absenceProvide expert guidance on complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, and capabilityAdvise on high-risk matters such as whistleblowing, settlement agreements, TUPE, redundancy, and tribunal preparationOversee the People Advice phone line, inbox, and business change requestsBuild strong relationships with managers and leaders across the businessAnalyse ER data to identify trends and support proactive interventionsMentor People Advisors and support onboardingDeliver ER training and contribute to policy development What You''ll Bring CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experienceSignificant ER experience in a complex, fast-paced organisationExperience in a unionised environmentStrong knowledge of UK employment lawExcellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skillsHigh emotional intelligence and sound judgement
