An experienced Site Manager is required for a Refurbishment project in Birkenhead from Mid October until Hanuary 2026.

The project involes the full refurbishment of a Large former Residential property and turning it into secure accomodation for young Adults.

Duties will include reviewing Sub contractors RAMS, Health and Safety on site and interface with the Client and Local Authority representatives.

Site hours will be (Apply online only) Monday to Friday.

SSSTS / SMSTS and First Aid are required.
