Salary: andpound;168.80 - andpound;232.57 Per day

Key Responsibilities

• Teach KS3 andamp; KS4 Englishandmdash;from gothic horror to GCSE revision, youandrsquo;ll make every topic sing
• Craft engaging lesson plans with creativity and purpose (and occasional puns if you like)
• Inspire students to read, write, analyse, and actually care about what an oxymoron is
• Marking and feedback£ Yes, but itandrsquo;s collaborative and valued, no lonely red-pen marathons
• Take part in school lifeandmdash;assemblies, open evenings, dress-up days (Shakespeare beard optional)
• Support the English Department, sharing ideas, resources, and your contagious love of words

Qualifications andamp; Experience

• QTS and relevant teaching qualification
• Experience teaching English at secondary level (KS3 and KS4 required, KS5 a bonus!)
• Passionate about literature, language, and unlocking the power of storytelling
• Adaptable, enthusiastic, and ready to sprinkle fun into your figurative language
• Strong classroom management and a sense of humourandmdash;essential combo
