The business provides MandE design and installation services to the commercial new build, fit out/ refurbishment, healthcare, data centre and education sectors. Following an extremely healthy pipeline of work and predicted growth, they are now seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to play a pivotal role with the next phase of growth.This career opportunity will provide the opportunity to oversee multiple projects simultaneously (typically located within the heart of London), while offering an outlined career path to directorship.Key Responsibilities and DutiesAttend pre-tender meetings/ tender interviews.Oversee the pre-construction and procurement processes.Management of site personnel (Including schedule of works).Ensuring projects are delivered in a timely/ efficient manner.Full commercial responsibility (costs of labour, procurement, final accounts etc.)Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, specialist contractors and internal teams.Build/ maintain relationships with end users, clients and supply chain.Remuneration PackageA market leading basic salary (dependent on previous experience/ track record)Fully reimbursed travel expensesContributory pension schemeDiscretionary bonus
