We are currently working with an award-winning building services consultant based in Central London and due to recent increase in their workload we are currently looking for an Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer to join their growing team in Central London.

The ideal Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer candidate should have a minimum of an HNC/HND or degree qualified in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Additionally, the ideal Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer should be working towards Chartership, with at least 5 years design and project experience. Applicants will need to have the motivation to work independently and alongside other disciplines to produce coordinated high-quality designs. Consideration of design principles in line with the Client brief to develop MEP spatial requirements throughout a building on healthcare projects.

Production of calculations, schematics, schedules, layout drawings and specifications for colleagues to review prior to issue on fast-paced projects.

Core experience should include:

• Low Voltage Design using Amtech
• Internal and External Lighting Design Using Dialux or Relux
• Cable Containment design
• Performance Design of Fire Alarm,
• Security and Other Specialist Systems.
• Incoming Services and Infrastructure Design.
• Healthcare project experience
