We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent. This role will be for a minimum of 12 to 15 months, as maternity cover. You will be working 37.5 hours per week, on a hybrid basis between home and Kings Hill, West Malling. Cygnet was established in 1988. Since then we have developed a wide range of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, eating disorders, autism and learning disabilities within the UK. Day to Day: Full end to end pay cycle processing, including; Adding starters, leavers, contractual and personal detail changesProcessing of statutory paymentsChanges to pensions including opt in/out and employee requestsProcessing of salary sacrifice arrangements ensuring NLW complianceProcessing of pay relating to hours worked, allowances, bonus'' and other amounts as requested by the businessProcessing of deductions as required and in line with any applicable regulatory requirementsMonitor cycles for breaches in NLW Review pay cycle information to identify and resolve any inconsistencies, errors or inefficienciesIdentify and report any over or underpayments to the Payroll Manager providing sufficient evidenceEnsure that all payrolls have the appropriate level of authorisation at local levelProcess supplementary payments ensuring that back up documentation is present where required Where manual payments are raised outside the pay cycle, these ar
