This service provides high quality, trauma informed support to people with dual diagnosis individuals with a history of serious mental illness alongside drug and/or alcohol use. About the Role As Team Manager, you ll lead and develop a dedicated team of support staff delivering recovery focused, person centred services. Working collaboratively with customers, staff, and partners, you ll ensure the service operates safely, effectively, and in line with best practice, contractual standards, and Peabody values. You ll oversee a rota based staff team and play a key role in ensuring continuity, quality, and positive outcomes across the service.
