You will learn how to utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. In addition to sourcing candidates, you will also be responsible for conducting initial screenings, assessing candidate suitability, and coordinating interviews with clients. Your ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with both candidates and clients will be crucial in ensuring successful placements.
