Job Description We''re looking for a user-centric UX Designer to join our Product team and helpandnbsp;define the future of our clients platform. You''ll work closely with Product Managers,andnbsp;Engineers, and our wider Design function to understand customer problems andandnbsp;translate them into seamless, accessible, beautifully-crafted user journeys. You''ll be Embedded in a cross-functional squad, contributing to discovery, UX research, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interaction design across our mobile and desktop experiences. What You''ll Do ? Map and define end-to-end user journeys for complex, multi-personaandnbsp;workflows (deskless + desktop) ? Create wireframes, low-FI and mid-FI concepts, and interactive prototypes for web and React Native mobile ? Work with Product Managers to shape discovery, problem statements and jobs to be done framework ? Translate research, feedback and data into actionable UX improvements ?
