As a Principal Consultant, you’ll take ownership of complex D365 Advanced Warehousing projects, bring clarity to clients, mentor your team, and guide solutions from concept to go-live. You’ll lead scoping sessions, influence design and architecture, and ensure delivery meets the highest standards. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping our clients optimise their finance operations and realise long-term value.You’ll also play a key internal role: coaching consultants, contributing to best practices, and helping us grow. You’ll work across industries, collaborate with talented colleagues, and have space to shape your career in the direction that excites you, whether thought leadership, solution design, or strategic consulting.Travel and Hybrid Working

We offer flexibility to achieve a healthy work-life balance, whether you work from home or at one of our Cubo offices around the UK. On-site consultancy time is available if requested, with travel and overnight stays expected as project requirements dictate. On-site time is planned in advance, typically within 2-week blocks. We encourage visiting the office at least once a month for team and client meetings; however, you can work from Nottingham HQ or any Cubo office if you prefer.About You (The Essentials)

Experience in implementing D365 Advanced Warehousing modules within a customer or partner environmentKnowledge of working within the Manufacturing, Retail, Warehousing and Life Science industriesAbility to deliver complex ERP projects with a referenceable customerAbility to build and maintain effective relationships with C-Level Stakeholders and become their Trusted AdvisorExperience leading and guiding a team, offering advice and being a primary contact to customers beyond a core functional areaFull driver''s licence and access to a vehicleCurious, looking to challenge the status quo and improveCollaborates well with internal and external colleaguesCommitted to personal development and becoming a Trusted Advisor in your fieldWhat we can offer
