We are seeking an interim Sales Administrator to join our clients team for short-term cover, primarily handling existing single/non-corporate subscribers, dealing with cancellations, and contacting new business leads. This role is based in their Twickenham office for two days per week.Day-to-day of the role:Contact all clients due for renewal and maintain detailed notes on each account.Follow up with new business leads within 24 hours.Work with customer services to address any client queries.Provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager on progress.Renew existing single-user/non-corporate accounts.Contact monthly cancellations with the aim of winning them back.Required Skills and Qualifications:Self-motivated and enthusiastic.Experience in subscription sales is preferable but not necessary.Driven and ambitious, able to take initiative and work independently, managing your client base.A highly professional individual who demonstrates integrity in their work with a long-term approach to relationship building.Collaborative approach working with different teams.Excellent communication skills and proficient in recorded note keeping.Benefits:Opportunity to work in a trusted and influential organisation.Engage with a diverse client base.Be part of a supportive and dynamic team.To apply for this Sales Administrator position, please submit your CV and cover letter detailing your relevant experience.
