Deliver the induction training of all new Telesales staff. Develop knowledge, skills, and strengths of the sales teams. Able and willing to able to travel to the Glasgow office once a month. Review the effectiveness of sales training against company requirements.CANDIDATE Our client is looking for a strong Sales Trainer with the following experience and attributes: At least 12 months experience delivering sales training. You need to be engaging with the ability to motivate staff. Proven track record in delivering results in a high energy call centre environment.
