Registered Manager

Job Title: Registered Manager Location: St Helens Type: Permanent Salary: 40,000 to 45000 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead a established domiciliary care service in the St Helens area. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality private care to elderly customers in their own homes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals and shape the growth of a new service. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with CQC regulations and company standards Recruit, train, and manage a team of care staff to ensure the highest level of care is provided Conduct regular assessments and reviews of customers'' care plans to ensure their needs are being met effectively Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations Foster positive relationships with customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals Monitor and manage budgets and resources effectively Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance the quality of care provided Attend meetings and liaise with external agencies to promote the service and ensure its success Ensure all staff are trained and supported to adhere to health and safety regulations Requirements: Minimum of 2 years'' experience as a Registered Manager in a domiciliary care setting NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social
