Are you a Private Client Fee Earning Paralegal or PQ ILEX?

Our client is a 4 office high street practice based in West Sussex and Hampshire offering a range of legal services to its clients which includes Private Client, Property, Commercial law, Family law and Litigation advice.

You will be joining a Private Client team of 7 lawyers spread across 4 offices in the Wills Trusts & Estates team.

Individuals will be meeting clients by phone and face to face to take initial instructions, will be drafting Wills, LPAs and assisting with Probate & Estate matters. The ability to set up Estate Accounts, prepare R185 certificates, -handle IHT accounts, prepare estate tax returns and a knowledge of TRS is required.

Flexibility is needed to travel between all of the firms office locations in Chichester, Fareham, Havant & Petworth as and when needed.
