Our client is an acquisitive multi site operation who seek to hire an ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified FPandA Manager. The role will report to the FPandA Director, manage a team of 4 and suit a proven FPandA Manager looking to join a fast paced growing organisation. The business is keen to secure somebody who is happy to make positive changes and look to add real value being a key business partner to the leadership team.Responsibilities:Lead delivery of the annual budget and rolling forecast processesLead monthly performance reporting and analysis for the Group, supporting executive and divisional leadershipDevelop KPI reporting and performance analysis, including integration of acquisitions into BAU processesDeliver ad hoc financial analysis and modelling to support business initiatives and decision-makingEnsure consistency and quality of reporting across divisionsDrive reporting process improvement and automationManage and develop the FPandA team; 4 direct reportsA salary of £80,000-£85,000 is on offer plus bonus and benefits.
