We are currently recruiting for Catering Assistants to work in the Buntingford area. Ideal candidate will have 3- 6 months experience working in a commercial kitchen and have a good understanding of the role and its responsibilities. Responsibilities of a Catering Assistant: Assist with basic food preparation duties, including washing, peeling and cutting vegetables Provide courteous and friendly customer serviceAdhere to health and safety standardsKeep all work areas clean and follow food hygiene protocols at all times Load and unload catering supplies off deliver vehiclesAbout you: Basic understanding of health and safety proceduresGreat teamworking skills in a fast-paced environmentUndertaken food hygiene, infection control and COSHH training, however training can be offered.
