Our client, based in Peterborough, is looking for an experienced Stores / Workshop Assistant to join their team on a full time permanent basis working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7:30am 5:00pm (some flexibility required). The role has become available owing to an internal promotion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced stores or parts environment, and who can hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities for the Stores / Workshop Assistant: Receiving and dispatching goods Allocating parts to stores and picking parts for orders Packaging and sending goods to customers Managing parts returns and liaising with suppliers Delivering excellent customer service Maintain / update SAP Requirements to be considered for the Stores / Workshop Assistant Immediate availability or notice period of no more than one week Previous experience in a stores, stock control, or parts environment Confident working independently and managing a busy workload Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience with SAP systems (desirable, not essential) What s of offer for the Stores / Workshop Assistant role Competitive salary from £26,400 - £27,000 overtime paid at time and half Generous annual leave entitlement of 24 days (rises with length of service) plus bank holidays Company pension scheme Life Assurance Free on-site parking Opportunity to work for a supportive and reputable organisation Interview will be held as CVs are reviewed Plea
