What You ll Be Doing:Building and assembling precision mechanical and pneumatic componentsFitting parts including wiring looms and digital displays to high standardsUsing tools such as pillar drills, manual lathes, and hand toolsReading engineering drawings and checking assemblies to tight tolerancesKeeping workstations clean and organised, and participating in stock countsWhat We re Looking For:NVQ / BTEC / HNC / HND or relevant hands-on experience in mechanical engineeringConfident using precision measuring tools (e.g. micrometers, verniers)Able to interpret general assembly drawings and follow build instructionsTeam player with a proactive, detail-focused attitudeKnowledge of workshop health and safety practicesYou''ll join a collaborative team with strong values and a supportive working culture.
