About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of BI professionals while driving data strategy and delivering high-quality insights. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring expertise in Azure SQL and Power BI, combined with strong stakeholder engagement skills.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop a team of BI Analysts and Developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.Oversee the design and delivery of BI solutions using Power BI and Azure SQL.Define and implement best practices for data modeling, reporting, and governance.Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable insights.Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all BI processes.Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new BI tools and technologies.Skills and Experience Required:Proven experience in a BI leadership or senior analyst role.Strong technical expertise in Azure SQL and Power BI (including advanced DAX and data modeling).Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.Desirable:Experience with Azure Data Factory or other cloud-based data integration tools.Familiarity with advanced analytics tools (Python, R) and machine learning concepts.
