Our client require a Tax Manager, reporting directly to the Tax Director, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing and completing tax returns for a diverse client portfolio. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to drive growth by contributing to the development of an expanding advisory function. You can expect the following tasks to be part of this role: Managing P11Ds efficiently and accurately. Overseeing personal tax returns, providing guidance to junior staff on technical queries. Completing complex tax returns with a high level of accuracy. Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, attending meetings as required and delivering strategic business and tax advisory services. Liaising with external bodies, such as HMRC, to promptly resolve client queries. Assisting the Tax Director with advisory projects and provide ad hoc tax advice to clients. To lead, develop, and mentor a small team, fostering a client-focused and supportive environment. Contributing to monthly management meetings, driving both operational and cultural improvements Skills, Knowledge and Expertise CTA qualified (or equivalent) with post-qualification experience and a proven track record managing diverse client portfolios in accounting practices.
