Mentor and support a team of Assessors, to include: supporting unqualified Assessors through their qualifications; induction training; CPD.Develop, plan and execute Quality Improvement Plans, driving and promoting continuous quality improvement and outstanding teaching and learning.Lead regular standardisation meetings, as well as observations of teaching and learning.Ensure the timely achievement of learners.Update and maintain sampling plans in line with company and awarding organisations requirements.Essential Criteria:Hold a recognised Internal Quality Assurance award (D34, V1, IQA, TAQA L4).Hold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above.Must be an experienced IQA of Teaching Assistant or Early Years Apprenticeships.Occupational competency within Leadership and Management in Early Years and / or Education.A sound working knowledge of ESFA funding roles and the OFSTED EIF.
