As the UK''s largest network-sharing joint venture, we are at the forefront of industry transformation, delivering innovative solutions that shape the future of connectivity.The Health, Safety andamp; Environment Team are responsible for setting the standards from a Health andamp; Safety perspective for all work undertaken on the estate including setting and creating assurance levels, managing fatal and significant injury risks as well as the management of Handamp;S issues on the estate. We''re now seeking an experienced Handamp;S Incident Response Manager to join our team.In this pivotal role, you will manage and coordinate the effective delivery of incident and issue management across the organisation. Acting as the first-line support and escalation point for health and safety-related events, you will ensure outsourced service providers align with MBNL''s standards, drive resolution of major and critical incidents, and foster seamless cross-functional communication.You will also play a key role in governance-providing insights, conducting deep dives, supporting process harmonisation, and ensuring lessons learned are captured and shared to enable continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
